Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aetas Global platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Aetas Global Ltd (company number 17033022) acts as an introducer. Foreign exchange and payment services are provided solely by our regulated partners — Sciopay Ltd (FCA Authorised Payment Institution, FRN 927951; HMRC MSB Licence XCML00000151326) and Ebury Partners UK Limited (FCA Authorised Electronic Money Institution, FRN 900797). Aetas Global is not regulated or authorised by the FCA and does not hold or have access to any client funds. All transfers are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and our partners' compliance procedures.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction to use our services. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Exchange Rates & Fees

Exchange rates are indicative and subject to change until a transaction is confirmed. We make our margin on the exchange rate. Any applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before you confirm a transaction.

Transfer Limits & Compliance

All transfers are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation and to refuse or cancel transactions that do not meet our compliance requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aetas Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Our liability in connection with any transfer is limited to the value of that transfer.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
